Job summary

TalentBuzz Recruitment Agency in the Philippines is seeking a responsive BPO agent to handle inbound calls for internet and cable services, assist with billing, payments, account changes, and service requests. You will perform basic troubleshooting and explain plans and charges.

You will document interactions, target quality metrics, and be willing to work onsite at Mactan Newtown with flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service, technical support, or sales experience is an advantage.
