Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service, technical support, or sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding internet and cable services.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, account changes, and service requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting.
• Explain plans, charges, promotions, and service terms.
• Process upgrades, downgrades, transfers, and cancellations.
• Recommend appropriate products or service upgrades.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
