Job summary

Infinity Broadband Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Sales Associate in Laguna to deliver timely assistance, maintain product knowledge, and nurture leads through the sales cycle. You will engage with customers, support post-sale relations, and help optimize customer experience.

The role emphasizes retention through promotions and personalized service, while collecting feedback and contributing to reports that guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient customer support to address questions, problems and complaints related to products or services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Infinity Broadband Inc. products and services to clearly convey their features and benefits to customers.
• Engage with potential customers, nurture leads until they are ready to buy, and close the sales.
• Establish and maintain routine post-sale interactions to resolve issues and keep customers satisfied.
• Offer promotions, discounts and personalized services to retain current customers.
• Collect customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvements and share findings with relevant departments.
• Analyze sales data, customer trends and market changes to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Develop and deliver training programs with other teams to equip salespeople and customer service staff with new skills.
• Participate in activities and promotions to present Infinity Broadband Inc. products and services to clients.
• Keep track of customer conversations, sales figures and other data, and prepare regular management reports.
