About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This is a full-time position that will see you providing high-quality customer support and technical assistance to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance

• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely and effective manner

• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary

• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions

• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and support processes

• Staying up-to-date with the latest product features, updates and troubleshooting techniques

What we’re looking for

• College Grad + No CCE required/ HS/SHS Grad + 1 year CFE (Can be combination of BPO and Non-BPO) experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

• Proficiency in using computer systems, software and various communication channels

• Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests

• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
