Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a customer service associate in the Philippines to provide exceptional support across multiple channels. You will assist customers with inquiries and complaints, document interactions, and work with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

A strong product knowledge base and adherence to company policies will be essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 0–2 years of front-line customer service experience with excellent English
