Olympuz-Edward Belacse Career Consultancy Services is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and resolve inquiries while delivering professional service.

The role requires good English communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays. Training, benefits, and incentives are included as part of our competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• At least High School or Senior High depending on account.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Make outbound calls when required.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as attendance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:
