SMC Food Processing Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to oversee end-to-end customer delivery transactions from planning through post-delivery. You will ensure timely and complete delivery of goods to clients while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Business Administration or related field with experience in customer service or logistics-related roles, and demonstrates excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
