Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.

You will respond to inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate information, and build long-term relationships with customers. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in BPO or customer service, strong English communication, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Record customer concerns, issues, and resolutions accurately, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service orientation with solid problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Background knowledge of insurance products is a plus
