Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is hiring a Telesales Representative to inform customers about products, answer questions, and update records. The role targets meeting sales quotas and building customer relationships through phone conversations.

Ideal candidates have telesales or sales experience, strong English, and good interpersonal skills; college level applicants are welcome but not mandatory, with on-site work at Clark Freeport Zone.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect customers
• Excellent command of the English language
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• College level candidates are preferred but not required
