Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong partnerships with our clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring service excellence.

The role combines account growth, data-driven performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions, manage 15–20 accounts, and drive client satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Understand partners' needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and services.
• Monitor and analyze partners' performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage partner expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Lead partner meetings and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive operational success.
• Manage 15 - 20 partner accounts simultaneously.
• Document and reengineer processes across various systems and platforms for efficiencies.
