Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is a fast-growing BPO center in Clark Freeport Zone seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team. You will contact customers, answer questions, and update records to support sales targets.

Ideal candidates have proven telesales or sales/customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle rejection while meeting quotas. We offer opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospect customers.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection.
• College level candidates are preferred but not required.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect customers
• Excellent command of the English language
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• College level candidates are preferred but not required
