Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat channels.
• Providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Processing customer requests, orders, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Documenting all customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems.
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
• Following established protocols and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and collaborating with colleagues to improve service delivery.
• Participating in training and development programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge.
