Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, Sales, Property Sales, Estate Agency, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in property sales or the UK property market is highly desirable.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance targets.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
