You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce services, and build rapport, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Strong English communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this high-volume role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in property sales or the UK property market is highly desirable.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work toward performance targets.
• Organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers using a provided database.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with UK-based customers.
• Introduce the company's services and provide clear and accurate information.
• Build rapport and develop positive relationships with prospective customers.
