We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and support a UK-based client. This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to promote suitable services. While customer service is an important part of the role, we are particularly interested in candidates with a sales mindset who are comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, following up with customers, and working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.
• Introduce and promote the company's products or services.
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently guide customers through the offering.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

About You

• Experience in Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, Lead Generation, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong rapport‑building and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Sales‑oriented and confident promoting products or services.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
