StaffSmart Outsourcing is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at UP Technohub, Quezon City and San Lazaro, Manila. This full-time role is ideal for candidates new to the BPO industry, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

You will handle inquiries by phone, deliver accurate responses, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor while processing transactions and documenting interactions in our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries by phone.
