Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone call
• Provide accurate, timely, professional responses to customer questions and concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and courteous demeanour
• Process customer transactions, orders, and requests in accordance with established procedures
• Documenting all customer interactions in the company's systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Following company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines in all customer communications
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contributing ideas for service improvement
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet departmental targets and objectives
