Job summary

Ambtel Corporation in Batangas province is hiring for a customer support role. You will provide customer support for inquiries, applications, after-sales concerns, complaints, billing, repairs, installations, and transfers, and you will handle walk-in customers and hotline inquiries.

You will manage VIP and priority customers with proactive calls, validate requirements, process applications, create accounts, assist with contracts and payments, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for inquiries, applications, after-sales concerns, complaints, billing, repairs, installations, and transfers.
• Manage VIP and priority customers through proactive calls and excellent customer service.
• Validate customer requirements, verify serviceability, process applications, and create accounts within required timelines.
• Assist customers with contracts, forms, payments, and application processing through company systems.
• Create, prepare, and release job orders for installation and after-sales services.
• Support sales activities, lead generation, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical, billing, and escalated customer concerns.
• Handle walk-in customers, hotline inquiries, reports, and document management.
• Process payments, issue receipts and refunds, prepare collection reports, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Perform other operational and special projects as assigned by management.

Job description

• Willing to work in Balayan or Batangas City or Lemery or Lipa or Sto Tomas.
