iQor CXBPO™ in the Philippines is seeking polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients by delivering remarkable service to their customers via phone. You will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and strive to create a positive experience for each caller.

You will listen to customers to understand their needs, provide accurate responses, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Maintain accuracy and production standards.
Predictable and consistent attendance is essential.
Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
