Megaworld Resort Estates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and to assist clients with property-related concerns.

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Property Management, Legal, and Finance to ensure prompt resolution of issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and preparing reports on service performance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate, property management, hospitality, or banking.
