Job summary

Canon Australia’s Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support inbound/outbound calls and email transactions, with potential chat support. The role focuses on consumer and business products such as cameras, printers, and accessories.

You will adhere to SOPs, resolve customer concerns, update systems, stay current with product knowledge, and escalate when needed, working onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months or more full-time call handling experience.
• Experience with email or chat handling is an advantage.
• Must be amenable to work onsite (McKinley Hill, Taguig).

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound calls and email transactions; chat support possible.
• Attend customer service/technical inquiries for consumer and business products.
• Adhere to SOPs and QA guidelines; update system tools with call details.
• Provide solutions, keep customers informed, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and represent Canon professionally.
