Work location is in-person, with duties including engaging new leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the product development team to align solutions with customer needs.

• Engage and qualify new leads via direct visits, phone, and email.
• Locate prospective customers, generate leads, and convert to buyers.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure customer needs are understood for new orders.
• Develop new sales strategies to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Ensure timely responses for RFQs.
• Sell products and present recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide product suggestions according to customer wants.

Techline Machine Tools, Inc. is looking for a qualified and experienced Customer Sales Representative

Our company is located in a world-class industrial subdivision south of Manila, with more than 100 employees and over 25 years of experience in the industry.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, processing requests, and providing accurate information about the company’s products and services. The CSR will ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contributions to the company's bottom line profit through sales generation by providing products and service that fully meet the customer expectations in a clearly superior manner that encourages purchases from the customer over the offers of competitors.
• Engage and qualify new leads via direct customer visits, phone and email
• Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads and eventually converting them to "buying" customers.
• Collaborate with the product development team to make sure that the company's development team has complete understanding of the customer needs and qualify requirements for the newly generated orders to ensure success and early time to market /sell the new products.
• Recommends and develops new sales strategies to grow our sales revenue and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Ensures timely responses for Requests For Quotations (RFQs)
• Sells products of the company
• Making product suggestion according to the wants and needs of customers
