Rz Ecommerce Corporation is seeking a Telesales Representative (Retention Account) in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan to re-engage existing and inactive customers, drive repeat purchases, and grow customer lifetime value through proactive follow-ups and retention strategies.

You will follow scripts, hit daily targets, maintain call logs, and collaborate with the Retention Team Leader to deliver excellent service while building long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to existing and inactive customers.
