Credit Corp Group is looking for talented Customer Relationship Managers (Collections Agents) to join our US Collections team. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering weekends off and paid Philippine holidays.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll contact customers with overdue accounts, assess their circumstances, negotiate reasonable repayment plans and help customers find workable solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two IDs.
• Willing to work onsite at Ayala Makati.
• Able to work evening shift with night differential pay.

Role Purpose

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes

What You'll Be Doing

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes
• A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and delivering great customer experiences Physically and mentally able to work in the evening shift with night differential pay
