Credit Corp Group is looking for talented Customer Relationship Managers (Collections Agents) to join our US Collections team. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering weekends off and paid Philippine holidays.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll contact customers with overdue accounts, assess their circumstances, negotiate reasonable repayment plans and help customers find workable solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two IDs.
• Willing to work onsite at Ayala Makati.
• Able to work evening shift with night differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to establish communication and investigate balances.
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements aligned with needs and objectives.
• Build trust through professional and empathetic conversations.
