Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy in conversations.
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati with evening shift.
• Must have SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN and two valid IDs.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances.
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations.
• Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy.
• Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes.
