Credit Corp Group is looking for talented Customer Relationship Managers (Collections Agents ) to join our US Collections team. This is a full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, offering weekends off and paid Philippine regular holidays off.

Role Purpose

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes

• A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and delivering great customer experiences Physically and mentally able to work in the evening shift with night differential pay
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two (2) valid IDs prior to applying
• Willing to work onsite at our office in Ayala Makati
