You will be the voice of NXTMILE Motors Inc., engaging with customers and promoting our services to prospective clients, while building lasting relationships that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills, plus proven experience in customer service or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or telemarketing.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Proficient with phone systems, CRM, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to introduce NXTMILE Motors Inc. products and services.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Document customer interactions, feedback and details accurately in company systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Provide product information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Contribute to customer retention and identify upsell opportunities.
