MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in Clark, Philippines, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer for the Vehicle Buying Department. This onsite role focuses on handling outbound and inbound calls, booking services, and responding to customer inquiries.

You will use Ring Central, HubSpot, Titan DMS, and MS Teams to manage communications, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, time management, and building rapport with customers. Experience in automotive or international customers is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a high-volume contact centre or similar customer-facing phone-based role.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with Australian or American customers is a plus.
• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer retention campaigns is a plus.
• Experience with Ring Central, HubSpot and Titan DMS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Softphone and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with strong administration and time management capabilities.
• Confident phone manner with ability to build rapport easily and qualify customers.
• Resilient and adaptable - comfortable handling a variety of call types (inbound, outbound, complaints).
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to confirm service due, inspections and bookings.
• Create/confirm service pricing quotations during appointments.
• Contact customers for recalls and action on safety campaigns.
• Manage inbound booking calls and customer status inquiries.
• Respond to email/SMS inquiries about appointments and scheduling.
• Support retention campaigns and re-engage lapsed customers.
• Build strong relationships to drive repeat business.
• Send SMS and emails in outbound workflows.
• Data entry and updates in dealer management system.
• Complete internal admin tasks and reporting.
• Manage initial complaint intake and escalation as needed.
• Direct inbound queries to appropriate departments.
