This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst driving business growth through effective telemarketing initiatives. You will be the voice of NXTMILE Motors Inc., engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and promoting our services to prospective clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills whilst contributing directly to the success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to introduce NXTMILE Motors Inc. products and services.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication.
• Document customer interactions, feedback and details accurately in company systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, seeking resolution and escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide product information and clarification to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes for reporting purposes
