The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, can understand KPIs, communicates with empathy, and speaks English and Filipino. You will conduct new-release orientations, oversee service appointments, handle inquiries, maintain databases, and contribute to reporting and telemarketing efforts.

Aufgaben

• Promotes company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
• Conducts brand new release orientation to clients.
• Ensure all vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Procure service appointments via telephone calls and emails (~40 outbound calls/day).
• Attends to customer inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
• Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up with manufacturers.
• Maintains database, spreadsheets and daily update/reporting.
• Submits reportorial requirements by the set deadline.
• Assist Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintain accurate and efficient file of customer data.
• Assist in telemarketing for promos and events.

• Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.
• Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
• Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
• Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
