Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Store CRS Operations Assistant to oversee the CRS activities of the store and provide administrative support to the department as directed by the immediate superior.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and preferably at least 1 year of work experience. You will ensure compliance with CRS regulations, respond to incidents, assist in investigations, and manage reporting of Items Left by Customers / Employees in the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of work experience preferred.
