Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Store CRS Operations Assistant to oversee the CRS activities of the store and provide administrative support to the department as directed by the immediate superior.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and preferably at least 1 year of work experience. You will ensure compliance with CRS regulations, respond to incidents, assist in investigations, and manage reporting of Items Left by Customers / Employees in the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CRS operation of the store and provide administrative support as directed by the immediate superior.
• Ensure strict implementation of all company regulations from the CRS Division.
• Respond to incidents and execute emergency programs in the branch.
• Assist in the conduct of investigations.
• Comply with prescribed handling and reporting of Items Left by Customers / Employees in the store.
