About the role

We are looking for confident, articulate, and results-driven Telemarketers / Outbound Sales Representatives who can engage prospective customers, build meaningful connections, and generate qualified leads through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to engage customers in natural, meaningful conversations while effectively handling objections and identifying potential sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and potential leads.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, lead generation, or call center operations is preferred.

• Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or lead generation is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging customers over the phone.

• Strong active listening, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations naturally.
