Credit Corp Group in Manila is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate (Collections) to join our Australian Collections Team. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, researching and locating customers while negotiating repayment arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication and client-facing interactions.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to reach feasible repayment options.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collections environment.
• SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG and TIN numbers plus two valid IDs for pre-employment processing.
