Job summary

Credit Corp Group in Manila is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate (Collections) to join our Australian Collections Team. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, researching and locating customers while negotiating repayment arrangements.

No prior debt-collection experience is required; we value attitude, willingness to learn, and strong English communication. We offer day-shift hours aligned with Australia, comprehensive training, life and health coverage, and a supportive culture

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication and client-facing interactions.

• Part of your time researching, investigating and locating your customers
• Part of your time negotiating suitable repayment arrangements and supporting customers through financial challenges
