Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Collections Officer to manage a high-volume portfolio of 400–500 customers from our Makati or Davao offices, following an Australian schedule. You’ll handle 40–50 inbound/outbound calls daily to secure payments and resolve delinquencies.

You will focus mainly on active collections while supporting broader Accounts Receivable tasks, building strong relationships with Australian clients, and ensuring accurate records in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Collections/AR/Credit Control or similar.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication via phone is essential.
• Comfortable with high-volume collection calls and large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 400–500 customers with 40–50 daily calls.
• Prioritize proactive collections (80–90% of role) and support AR tasks.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Australian clients.
• Follow up on promised payments and escalate complex accounts.
• Document interactions and updates in the ERP system.
• Assist with cash receipts, reconciliations, and other AR duties.
