Credit Corp Financial Services (CCFS) is hiring a Customer Relations Associate (Collections) to serve as the frontline representative of our collections business in Ayala, Makati. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, research and locate customers, and negotiate payment arrangements.

No prior collections experience is required. We value attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience. The role offers day shifts, paid training, and opportunities for growth with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.

• Willing to work a flexible day-shift schedule.
• Available to work on Philippine and Australian public holidays.
• No prior collections experience required.
