Job summary

goFLUENT in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to support the management of sales agreements and client onboarding. You will liaise between Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and clients to ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and timely reporting, while learning the business, market, and client needs.

You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient with Excel and Google Sheets, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in basic invoicing or accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders, including training documents, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back-office systems.
• Organize and maintain client contracts and invoices.
