Job summary

goFLUENT is hiring a Client Operations Associate to support management of sales agreements and act as the link between Customer Success/Accounts and clients. You will handle client data, provide service reports, and support ongoing client training and invoicing.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and strong English communication. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Enjoy working with Office tools and/or GSuite such as Google Sheets.
• Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders including training, invoicing, and accounts receivable documents.
• Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back-office systems and tools.
• Organize and maintain client contracts and invoices.
• Collaborate with goFLUENT teams locally and internationally.
