goFLUENT is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Manila to support the Customer Success and Account Executive teams. You will track client orders, help with training registrations, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring seamless service for our clients worldwide.

You will work closely with local and international teams, maintain client contracts and invoices, and use Office tools to keep processes accurate and timely. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Excel/GSuite for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders, including training, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Handle training registrations and transfer requests, manage back-office systems.
• Organize contracts and invoices; coordinate with global teams.
