Job summary

goFLUENT is transforming the language learning market by enabling global digital training programs for employees. As a Client Operations Associate, you will support the management of sales agreements and serve as the link between Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and clients to ensure smooth setup, reporting and invoicing.

You will manage client data, produce service reports, and collaborate with goFLUENT teams locally and internationally to support ongoing training and client

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Ability to identify problems early and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders, including training, invoicing, and accounts receivable documentation.
• Handle training registration and transfer requests using back-office systems and tools.
• Organize and maintain office records, especially contracts and invoices.
• Collaborate with goFLUENT local and international teams.
