Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an Invoicing Specialist in Manila to manage client orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable. You will coordinate with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executives to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and client setup for training programs.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify challenges early and implement solutions.
• Experience in basic invoicing or accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track client orders, preparing administrative documents for training, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back-office tools.
• Organize and maintain client contracts and invoices; ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with goFLUENT teams locally and internationally.
