Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a meticulous AML-CFT specialist to support onboarding, KiwiSaver processing, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely documentation.

You will handle daily deposits processing, PEP checks as needed, and escalate exceptions to the Team Leader while adhering to internal controls and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping is essential.
• Initiative and a strong work ethic are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support the onboarding process, including management of account exceptions (e.g. children’s accounts).
• Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required.
• Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes.
• Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time.
