Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is recruiting for an Accounts Payable role based in Pasig. The incumbent will manage invoicing, monthly regional office billing, and debtor follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

The position requires NZ accounting exposure, solid knowledge of GST/FBT reconciliations, and a strong grasp of ISO-compliant processes. Work setup is on-site with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years NZ accounting experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting systems.
• Honesty, integrity and team orientation are required.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: oversee AP tasks and assist current in-house staff.
• Invoicing and monthly invoicing for regional offices and departments.
• Regular reporting of outstanding debtors and follow-ups.
• Reconciliation of GST/FBT and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist COO with monthly advisory and management reporting.
• Cost to come calculations and ISO compliance procedures.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable:
• In charge of Accounts Payable assistant (currently processed by inhouse staff)
• Invoicing
• Preparing the monthly invoicing for all Regional offices and departments
• Regular reporting of and following up outstanding debtors
• In charge of reconciliations of GST/FBT
• Management and internal audit procedures and processes for ISO Compliance
• Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
• Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet Accounts, including but not limited to: Bank accounts, debtors, creditors, retentions, intercompany transactions, accruals and prepayments, loans, fixed assets, FBT, GST, depreciation etc. Reporting:
• Assist the Chief Operating Officer in the preparation of Advisory and Management Reporting on a Monthly Basis including all journals, accruals and monthly analysis for the client along financial drawdowns and retentions for any property development.
• Adhoc Analysis as required by the COO or ED
• Cost to come calculations (W.I.P. Work in Progress)
• Monthly reporting, including GST, intercompany transactions to the executive director and founder of the company
• General financial and management support as a whole

Requirements

• 2+ years NZ accounting experience
• Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting systems.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
