Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through email or live chat sessions at all times.
• Handle and investigate customer issues and recommend solutions.
• Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users.
• Resolve issues using multiple channels: email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with customer support and financial operations teams regularly.
• Turn customer service interactions into customer acquisition opportunities.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints for follow-up.
