• Handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries according to client requirements.
• Meet contractual KPIs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using available resources.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Document and note accounts accurately in the system.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
• Refer complex inquiries to more senior staff or published materials.
