Job summary

Concentrix Cebu is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Mactan location. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet to provide service support and resolve routine issues related to client products or services.

You will ensure service delivery meets KPIs, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professional communication while supporting customer satisfaction and business performance. This position is full-time and on-site at The Mactan Newtown location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements; provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with the customer.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document accurately in call tracking database.
• Offer additional products/services.
• Respond to inquiries by directing to resources or senior staff.
