Job summary

Rare Global Food Trading Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain customer records, generate sales reports, and support campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail. This onsite role requires strong MS Office skills, CRM familiarity, and excellent communication; based at Santana Grove, Sucat, Parañaque City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, order management, or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, order management systems, and sales processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor customer sales orders accurately and within required timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and unresolved customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and transaction histories.
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and other documentation required by management.
• Monitor order status, payment receipts, and pending transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding transactions and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify gaps or issues in sales processes and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, product returns, delivery delays, and other customer-related concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation, coordination, and follow-through for all reported issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to support smooth business operations.
• Assist in implementing sales campaigns, promotions, events, and other sales initiatives as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure efficient daily operations.
