Job summary

Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking a reliable Customer Service Executive to join our on-site team in Parañaque City. You will assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, providing accurate information and resolving concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating records, and coordinating with other departments to improve service delivery. Fresh graduates are welcome; shift work including holidays is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder or college level in any field; Fresh graduates welcome.
Experience in customer service, chat support, voice support, BPO, or online gaming encouraged.
Strong command of written English and Tagalog; able to converse verbally in both languages.
Willingness to work shifting schedules, including holidays.
Proficiency with MS Office and customer service software/tools.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or email.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve account-related issues and customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
Record interactions and maintain confidentiality of information.
Escalate complex issues to Senior CS Executive or Supervisor as needed.
